How we build

A fixed scope, a fixed price, and a product you own.

Funded teams need certainty, not a meter. We scope the build in five days, ship it senior-led at a fixed price, launch the site and the product together, and hand you the code. Here is exactly how that works.

The method

Scope, Build, Launch, Own

One core workflow, shipped. Four phases, each with a clear exit before the next begins.

1

Scope

A 5-day Scoping Sprint turns the idea into one core workflow, a fixed scope, and a fixed-price quote. We cut everything that does not prove the paid workflow, so the build starts with a decision, not a wishlist. The fee credits 100% into the build.

2

Build

Fixed price, fixed scope, senior engineers only. Production-minded architecture, real auth and payments, and the launch site built alongside the product. Async updates and your review, no agency theatre and no time-and-materials meter running in the background.

3

Launch

The converting site and the working product ship together, with analytics, a clean handoff, and documentation. Launch day is a beginning, not a scramble: the story and the product land at the same time so the first users actually understand and use it.

4

Own

You own the code, the accounts, the eval data, and the IP from day one. Keep momentum with an optional Embedded Build Partner for the roadmap, or take it fully in-house. No lock-in, no rented platform, no surprise rebuild.

The real work

We de-risk the build, not just deliver it

AI makes the first version fast. The studio's job is what AI cannot decide for you: scope, boundaries, and the line between a prototype and a system your company can safely own.

Four decisions we make on purpose

Name the one workflow

The core workflow in one sentence: a user signs up, does X, and gets Y. If three products hide inside that sentence, we cut scope before we choose a tool or write a line.

Mark every owned boundary

Auth, data, billing, integrations, deployment, and logs. Anything that touches trust or revenue gets a real owner and a real decision, not just a generated screen that looks done.

Separate prototype from production

A demo proves copy, flow, and pricing appetite. It should never silently decide your database model, payment architecture, or data policy. We make those calls on purpose, in the open.

Price the rewrite before you avoid it

If a prototype needs rebuilding before launch, that is part of the budget, named up front. If it can be hardened, we say exactly what needs review, tests, and logging. No surprises at launch.

The promise

Fixed price. You own the code.

Every engagement is fixed-price and fixed-scope, you own everything from day one, and there is 75% back in week one if the fit is wrong. We cap at three to four launches a quarter, one build at a time, so the senior team that scopes your work is the team that ships it.
